You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. mrcoin will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their accounts comply with applicable Malaysian laws. It is solely the user's responsibility to determine whether use of this platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. mrcoin does not provide any legal advice in this regard.
Mrcoin platform users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with forfeiture of all funds held in the account. mrcoin reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
All transactions on the mrcoin platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name. mrcoin does not accept third-party payments on behalf of users.
Deposits can be made using available local payment methods such as TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and other methods listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process. Deposited funds are typically credited to your account shortly after transaction confirmation.
Withdrawal requests will be processed upon verification of identity and fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements. mrcoin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal processing times may range from 1 to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and the time the request is submitted.
Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained fraudulently or in violation of bonus terms will result in the withdrawal request being rejected, and the account may be subject to further investigation.
Mrcoin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses, service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and mrcoin makes no warranties regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed.
All content on the mrcoin platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the property of mrcoin or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any platform content without explicit written permission from mrcoin.
The mrcoin platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. mrcoin is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Mrcoin reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons: fraud or suspicious activity, breach of terms of use, user's own request, or instruction from the relevant authorities. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, mrcoin reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. For closures made at the user's request, eligible funds will be returned once the review process is complete.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution process as determined by mrcoin.
